These are the formations and regions that have been depicted (or, at least, plausibly depicted) on Prehistoric Planet.
Prior to the K-Pg Extinction event, the continents were roughly in the same positions they are in today, though the Earth is not yet entirely in its current state. The Western Interior Seaway was disappearing, there was heavy volcanism in India's Deccan Traps due to tectonic activity, and rising sea levels were even covering some areas like Madagascar, but dinosaurs, pterosaurs, plesiosaurs, and mosasaurs were still as dominant as ever, thriving and diversifying until the end of their reign.
This is the Earth, 66 million years ago. This map is not entirely accurate (though there are many interpretations about the appearance of the planet in Maastrichtian times). Even so, this map is sufficient for the purpose of showing the locations of the various settings and biomes featured in the stories of this series.
